no one knows whats the real algo of yahoo... but based on my observations,, yahoo is more into sites age and backlinks from related sites..

| before the yahoo algorithm is more focus on keyword density, title and site content but i observed in the past months, it is changing just like google that more focus on onpage and off page optimization. |

Yahoo is more on the on-page factors of a site. But if you really want to make your site visible on the net then you must also do off-page opt.

keyword density, title and site content are on-page factors...

Thanks aira, i agree with you. Yahoo is more focus on the on-page factor but how about the off-page factor? Do you have any idea on how to rank well on Yahoo?

Yahoo is quite different from other search engines. You may notice that it delivers a max number of landing pages of all the searcg engines. That's what makes it different

Yahoo was once like MSN, liking to see on page optimization but at present, they are similar to Google and like to count links.
