adsense? |

| You can avoid illegal clicks by checking your sites' back end. If you see too many clicks from a same IP, it can be an illegal click. So, you can go ahead and ban that IP from your site. |

I think Google has its own sophisticated mechanism to detect click frauds, even if they come from proxy sites.

I don't think there is now a tool that can check invalid clicks on your ads. Only google can track that invalid clicks.
