it could take months or more, from what i read many people at forums just suggest that you submit once in the correct category, try to give a good description etc and just forget about it.
dmoz used to be quite a bit easier to get into but now, well, i don't hear of many success stories, unless you perhaps can join as an editor and have your own site listed that way. I suggest alternative strategies for getting decent backlinks with other free and paid directories of good rank/value - though admittedly the dmoz page rank is still high and it still is a valued and authoritative site to be listed in |

its been nearly 4 months and still website isnt included in dmoz directory, will give up soon though. _________________ hotels in blackpool - Norbreck Castle Hotel.

| It took almost 9 months to get one of my sites listed. It all depends on which category you submit to, and how many applications DMOZ gets within that same category. |

It's Depends of site and Domain Age. Dmoz get the Long Time for Listing.
