The Latest ALGO Updates - have now basically reverted back to the previous ALGOS of a few months ago.
It appears that the Keyprases as a whole in Back Links are again being prioritized - as opposed to Individual Keywords serperately in Back Links
as was the case in this latest update.
There is only SO-FAR the current ALGO technology can be tweaked successfully, we have reached that point - Period!!!!!!! 
The next frontier -besides personalization - HAS to be improvements CONCEPT SEARCHING

Can you give me the example what's the Keyprases as a whole in Back Links and what's theIndividual Keywords serperately.
What is different between them.

That is too difficult to explain
But just imagine using
inventory.overture.com
do a keyword search - look at the declining popularity of the terms
now, just imagine the keywords being analyzed seperately as opposed to using phrases
The words in the Back Links to a site are considered VOTES for the validity of those descriptions for those sites being linked to.
