I wouldn't recommend any automated tools for link exchanges. They are often used for link spamming.

Yup, some of those but I don't know if my site will benefit a backlinks using those link exchange management.

I've seen of those auto link exchange.. i noticed most of the link are related.. but there is no assurance about the quality of the site.. so i still prefer manual link gathering..
