Why is it that when I enter my keyword in google keyword utility tool, my keyword returns many daily searches. But when I enter my keyword in http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/, it doesn't return any daily searches even from google.

I wonder which is more reliable?

How do you use Google suggest? How will you know if the keywords that they are suggesting are good SEO keywords?
