Why not do it manually?  Seo Elite is a good tool, but you can also use the backlink checker from iwebtool.

u can download LPC checker tool for FREE of cost ... just search "LPC checker" in Google and u will get the download link from it
i prefer the same for checking backlinks of my site too as it shows backlinks from major search engines like Google, Msn, Yahoo, Alta Vista n more
