I was confused I get 20 clicks on my ads in adwords but 0 visits. How does it happen? Any explanation from adwords guru here?

Make sure the link is correct. You might have a space in it.
Can your ad and start again.

Check the link. Otherewise you still have no need to worry about. I think for visits you would be using google analytics. google adwords and google analytics states almost always have differences.
