Hai,
I agree using the right keywords in SEO is the most cruicial point. After a few days if we realise that by adding more keywords or removing the less important keywords your site will have a better page rank. Can these changes be made in the keywords. Will it affect the existing rank of the site.

yes i also believe keyword research is the most important part of seo because if you'll go for wrong keywords thn no matter how good you rank you'll not get quality visitors.
