While submitting to dmoz it states that "Don't repeat the title of your site in the description."
so do u add the words listed in your title in the description ? _________________ Cool collection of funny hindi jokes and shayari |

You can add a couple of words at both locations, but try to keep them unique in both as much as possible. It's really hard sometimes not to have some words repeated. Just write it, submit it and forget about it for about 9 months. _________________ Search Engine Feeds - SEO News & Article Feeds |

I think 9 months is too less, I've discussed about that in another forum, some DMOZ editors replied, some said it can take like 3-4 years to get listed it all depends on the editor and the category you're submitting to _________________ [URL=http://the-shopautodotca-seocontest.blogspot.com]Shopautodotca Seocontest[URL] |

I'm still waiting for inclusion and I submitted 3 years ago. I can't even check submission status any more coz they scrapped that forum in 2004 _________________ Illustration, caricatures and cartoons

Hi, they do not offer much info about the status of submissions in the forum any longer and also do not stress too much on DMOZ, try grabbing other links.
Dmoz links are like others, do not assume that by being listed there, you would for sure be among the top ten, it's not like that.
You can find numerous Dmoz listed websites that do not come even among the first 100 websites listed at Google.

ChristmannCreative,
If you're talking about the site in your sig. then feel free to resuggest it. Also, your work looks nice. |

Honestly, it doesn't really matter. Most descriptions will get re-written anyway because they're rarely guidelines compliant. |
