My advice is not to pursue high paying clicks as the competition is very tough indeed. Concentrate on which topic that you well verse on.

It's easy to find this information online by just searching for it like the above comment shows. You can also go into your AdWords account and use the keyword tool for find out the CPC for different terms. The higher the CPC, the higher the payout to the AdSense publisher. But you should be careful because it's basically impossible to find a high paying keyword that does not already have a ton of competition.

No, nothing is fixed. It all depends on how many Sponsors each of the Companies Get.
Google Adsense is just about the Highest. It can go from $.03 per clicks to as high as $1.12
Another one but not really high is Bidvertiser.
Theres some Article Sites that does it too. Bukisa.
Now I've heard something about Adbrite, though I haven't checked into it Yet.
But If I was you, go with Adsense.
UPDATE:
Sorry, I misread the Question. Goto Keywordspy.com Then Google Top 100 Keyword Searches. Add some of those keywords into keywordspy.
It will give you a List.

It is like a mistake simply searching the net for finding the top paying niches and AdSense terms and then launching websites about them. Many high paying words could be found but they would take years to optimize websites for those terms and make money.
