You're right they do work.
A great way to gather lots of one way, in-bound links is by offering your own affiliate program. Not only will you increase your sales via your affiliate network but you also get lots of inbound links as your affiliates link to your site.

Yes, Inbound links are the best links to have. You can also get them from directories that dont need reciprocal links back. There are thousands of directories...not all good, but there are alot that are as well. Just stay away from automated link exchange programs!

Ya but getting one way links is not that easy so if you dont have other option then you will have to go for reciprocals.

Yep, thats true as well, one way links are hard to get and some of the best ways are press releases and articles!

Ya article submissions are really helpful they have worked for me also I have thousands of links and article submission has a great contribution in it.

Oh i know, i have done it all before. I have about 10 articles out on the web in different places so I know about what it takes. I usually submit my articles to about 4 sites, 2 that are distribution sites. do you have any good places for articles to be sent?

Well I had more than 15 articles and I used to submit to 20 - 30 article submission sites. Ya I have a list of some great article submission and distribution sites. You can get it on my site on Free Article Submission Links.
So do you write the articles by yourself or you hired a copywriter for that.

I'm not sure how this helps as usually the affiliate link is either pointing to the affiliate link via an affiliate network or a specifically designed affiliate link for your site?
I would be interested to hear if I am missing something?
