I don't want to see any child SPAM anywhere ever.
And if they "could" catch the guy who posted it I personally would not objecting to duck taping a bag of squirrels to his scrotum blindfilded, but to go after Yahoo with a law suit in my option in BS.
Sure Yahoo can easily make adjustments in their services now that this has come up, but again the net IS the wild west and to go after yahoo seems to me either desperate or opportunistic, I'm not sure which at this point.
I guess I would only submit that I have every confidence Yahoo will make any appropriate policy changes and things will move forward.
Nothing more, if a judge even hears this case I would be amazed...
