this is one of those must have tools.
Thanks for the hook-up.
after testing my site the report says I have 2 no-follows out of the 40 backlinks I have. Is there a way to go and maually remove the no-follow tag from that specific link?
also I'm not to sure what outbound and external links are?

Reciprocal Link or "Link Exchange" is the practice of exchanging links with other websites. You place their link on your site, usually on a links page and the other site in return will place a link back to you. The simplest way of doing it is to email another website owner and ask to do a link exchange.
