.in and . co has same weight in SE's. Why don't go in .com? Can you tell me what domain name you're going to use?

It doesn't matter which one you choose. Both domains have equal weight in the eyes of search engines.

Only the website and SEO work matters. I think domain is irelevant, conecentrate more on quality rather than .com or .org

Yeah, any of the two will work out if you would target local site visitors. But it would be more effective if you would use .in because it is easier to remember, such as yourwebsite.in compared to yourwebsite.co.in

I would choose ".in" for the simple reason that it's shorter. You can also experiment on creating urls, like pa.in, doma.in, sarahpal.in. Hahaha! Kiddin.

If you're making an India-based website, then choose .in. If it's a general site, .com is the way to go.
