2nd :-Back link
And
3rd :- is Back link This is only and high prefrenced method which must to follow.

I don think so that only back link is the answer. Yes, it plays a very important role, but there are other ways of increasing the page rank in a short time as well.

Less than a month of SEO work isn't enough. Linkbuilding is supposed to be a continuous effort to get a stable ranking.

So what "methods" do you suggest then aside from "Backlinks"?

Baclinks are not the sole factor in getting good ranking. Onpage factors such as content and tags are equally important!

Bank link is important but you are saying that backlink is every thing in SEO for that cause I am not with you. On page is very necessary part in SEO.

Link building is not the only thing .
You must optimize your page for fast laoding
You must optimize your page for the correct use of keywords and H1 tags
