Due to recent Google Controveries with Dropped or Penalized Sites, there are new theories out now concerning Google redefining spam, and even banning certain SEO Link Strategies and sites that participate.....Who Knows if this is true 
Are SEOs cautiously beginning to alter their perception of What is Acceptable as a Link Now...or waiting for more verification of new ALGOs and Filterings
