Hi there,
I made my page say as domain.com listing any link to other domain that contains certain link back to domain.com
Do search engines dislike it?
If so, why?

It depends on how you will use it... If it's for the sake of link bait, then it's just fine. But if you will use it just to trick/cheat SE spiders then negative result might arise
