Ezilon have launch their North American directory version, accepts free submission. To submit : visit http://search.ezilon.com

Also you can submit to: Ezilon Search Engine and Directory (Europe version)

I saw their news in Yahoo and Lycos news and have just submited my website for free in this nice directory, their editors seems to add listings fast.
