Hi, all i have a question can any one give answer of these two questions.
1) How can can i know that Google Visits our website?
2) How many times in a day Google Visits a particular website.

Hi, well.
Go to your cpanel an look up for a strange ID address. If you something not familiar ID, that is the bot. You can see it also how often it visits your site.

Open your site and if you have google toolbar click on pagerank and then click on "cached snapshot of page"then you will see onp of the page a text that tell you that when crawler has visited your site last time.
