Directry submission
Aritcle submission
forums
social bookmarks
RSS Submission etc.

What do you think which is the most effective way to get quality one way links or what way you prefer to get one way links for your site....please share.....

Also you can use linkalizer to get link back from sites.Try other link building strategy instead of link exchange.If you need quality, the big secret is to contact webmasters.
