Hi currently i am using clicksor ads, adbrite, axil ads and i am earning good from these sites you should try these sites but they have lots of terms and conditions.in order to approve your site you have to follow many rules.

I am starting to add advertisers to my new website. I am trying to mix a little of: pay-per lead, pay-per click, and pay-per impression. My problem is that I want to find advertisers that pay when their ad banner is displayed on my website.

Most sites are getting out of the pay-per impression.
Instead, what they do is give you Credit and you can Turn those Credits in to Display Your Banners on other sites, or more often.
Most I had joined up in the Pass, unless you are getting like 5000-10,000 Hits a day, they switch over by the time I get enough built up to pay out.
But, I hope you find something.

i also wants a pay per imp network, clicksor is good i think , can anyone tell me how much we can earn if i get daily 4500+ page imps

I don;t think that pay per click is a good earning, coz in it you are not learning the main things. So you should do main things of promotion.

Cicksor pays per impression. My friend said it's a good affiliate program. But I have yet to try it.

With a daily page views of 4k+, you should be expecting lets say as from $1-$3 revenue in impressions
