it's issued that Google have fault with the PR update, once of my friends blog that not updated again gained PR 4, but the one with updated frequently only get PR 2  . many blogger also confused on it, the last rumour before this Nov update is PR will be unused from Google 
What's the next rumour?

One of my blog which is not I am building links with got a PR1. While the one that I am working on didn't get any update.
Google didn't said that PR will be unused. They just removed it from the Google toolbar.

whats next?? another rumor i guess... well PR is overrated maybe that's why google remove it from webmaster tools..

I always experience PR fault. Sometimes my blogs are in PR0 then up into PR2.

I believe that there are improving the PR process. I guess they going to publish the real concept of PR soon!

i don't think its fault.. besides PR update is not just for a day.. sometimes the update continues for a few days..

It is all about backlink to your blog. If you have quality backlink for your one blog than you get PR for one blog only and also content in your blog is also matter a lot. If you have good content in one blog than it will get more benefit.

It is a mere speculation.
Searches done on Googlis still returning the most accurate results so all thgose PR rumours are mere speculations
