That's impossible! 5 days of optimization isn't enough to get a good ranking. I suggest you opt for social bookmarking instead, that is if you want to boost your traffic.

Even though it was impossible. Just keep on doing it for optimization. Or else, since it was an event, you can do promotion posting about it.

I think it is possible. If you can build 200 to 300 links a day using that anchor text I'm sure you can increase your keyword rankings. Keyword rankings are regularly updating everyday.

In 5 days you can only boost your traffic by using the Social Book Marking sites and there is no valid and reliable way to optimize within 5 days.

It depends on the competition of that keyword.If the competition is really high then it is impossible but some time you will get result some ti,e you will not
