how do yahoo and msn define PR?
do they have their own definition like google has it's incoming calls of PR?
Any ideas?

Yes, in my view
Compared with other search engines MSN is easy to index our new sites immediately.. they are in 3rd place for overall search engine use. To much spam by making it way to easy for sites to get to page 1 in a very short amount of time.
Yahoo takes time. Yahoo! is MUCH slower but it will index them.It gives more important to content rich pages.
Google also have their diiffrent style algoritham & very hard to indexed on it for long time.
And It is also depend up on everyones SEO techniques also.
