My borther's website ranking

Oopss... I did something wrong.

I'm a flash designer and I add my brother website some cute flash features.
he checked his site ranking in that ranking tool - ExactFactor.com (I think) and he told me his website downgraded in Yahoo.
I must to fix it, but I've no clue how Yahoo works. please help.
Please help

Did you make some major changes on your brother's site? Search engines usually see only text part/source code of a site...

yahoo all the time indexing and showing result. sometime it index the site on first page and in two days time more ranking site come on the top.

so if you have not done anything then its probably the normal yahoo indexing update.

Do you observe this issue in Google or only for Yahoo?

If after doing some major changes to your web pages designing and developing you notice some sudden and instant drops in rankings, it might be a great idea reversing the effects by restoring your previously uploaded pages once a gain and then waiting for a week or so.

Flash shouldn't have an affect on search engine results unless you replaced some valuable content with animations, and if the drop was only in one search engine it could be a fluke, check Google and others also to see if it was search engine wide drop.

I was always under the impression that flash was bad for SEO. So without 'taking the bait' and going to the website. I say be sure you've got text for the search engine to index and 'explain' to surfer.

Putting flash files in a site wouldn't have a direct effect on ranking. If you want to get good ranking in Yahoo, you need to put quality content in the site. Yahoo loves unique contents.
