Anybody know how to get rid of ths spam?

Anybody know how to get rid of the teenfirwire spam? It appears to be posting in every forum and blog on the internet.
I went to the teenfirewire website but couldn't stand to look at all the teen SPAM long enough to find a support contact.
I thought file sharing, especially teen SPAM videos, was illegal !!!! If you know how to block teenfirewire on my blog, please forward me the information.

There is no easy way to get rid of spam. By blocking spammers IP address you can minimize the amount of spam you get from the same spammer.

Its ridiculous the amount of spam that is on the message board. As a moderator, I spend about 15-20 minutes each morning deleting inappropriate posts...but the next day, there are new ones...

I wish the spam would just go away, because it ruins a really good forum such as this.

on forums, extreme moderation is needed like:

- accounts should be activated by moderators
- new accounts should not (by default) able to post links unless certain time and post numbers has been reached
- posts must have sense should be more than four words atleast or in a complete sentence
- etc.

maybe there's other way (and takes a lot of time) to ensure atleast less spammers (they always find way Sad

)

Yes the most important part is the new entrants should not be given the provisions to use hyperlinks or the signatures because many a times we have seen that the very first post of a new entrant start witha spam like "" visit :////// "" so and so

so steps must be take to safeguard everyon'e interest

We are the anti-spammers! Although I have no idea how to completely control that sort of thing. Could always go on a banning spree, and find their IP addresses and what-not to send a freaking virus to their computers and then...
