Where can I find some detailed information about expired and deleted domains?
I want to know if my domain was successful or not.
If my domain is registered in search engines and still have existing links.... |

At http://www.domainannounce.com/ you will find a lot of deleted and expired domains which are still registered in search engines and have existing links. You will find also much information about their backlinks, IP and history. |

The best places are:
http://www.pool.com/
http://www.namewinner.com/
http://www.tdnam.com/
http://www.snapnames.com/
Pool and Namewinner are backorder services, meaning you can order a domain that is expired but not dropped yet and as soon as they are dropped they will try to automatically register it for you. This is how most good expired domains are acquired. There very little good actual expired domains still available if you don't use the backorder system. If multiple people are interested in same domains, the domain will go into an auction.
At tdnam (owned by Godaddy) and Snapnames, you get a chance to bid on domains belonging to GoDaddy and NetworkSolutions respectivly after they are expired by before they are released to the public . _________________ Quadra Web Design Los Angeles LA |

But wait I think you are asking a different question...you want to know the history of a domain that you own?
If so, you can try www.archive.org to see if someone had a site up before and also try the WHOIS History at www.whois.sc (which costs $15 a month).
In addition, type your domain name in google or yahoo with quatation marks like "www.domain.com" and may find if people are still linking to it. _________________ Quadra Web Design Los Angeles LA |

i think buying a qualified domain name is difficult process because if some one has a qualified domain name he wouldn't let it expired _________________ Antique Furniture |
