Yahoo! and Hispanic Digital Network Ink Search Distribution Agreement

Sunnyvale, California - (Website Hosting Directory) - July 12, 2006 - Yahoo! Inc. has entered into an exclusive search distribution agreement with Hispanic Digital Network (HDN). The multi-year sponsored agreement specifies that Yahoo! will deliver web and sponsored search results to HDN's network of more than 70 Spanish-language media websites.
It is anticipated that, as a result, U.S. Hispanic Internet users will be provided with highly relevant, comprehensive search results. Visitors to any of HDN's sites, which include digital editions of Miami's Diario Las Americas ( http://www.diariolasamericas.com ), Chicago's La Raza ( http://www.laraza.com ), Houston's Semana ( http://www.semananews.com ) and San Diego's El Latino ( http://www.ellatinoonline.com ), among others, can now conduct searches via a Yahoo! branded search box located at the top and bottom of each portal.
In response to queries, users will be served both Yahoo! web and sponsored search results.
