Search Engine for RSS Feeds to Compete with Bloglines, Syndic8

St. George, Barbados - (Website Hosting Directory) - July 6, 2006 - A new RSS feed search engine, Octora.com, has developed an option for discovering RSS feeds. Octora was developed to provide the options of a feed url search and a deeper search ability. The Octora.com solution also includeas features such as adding personal feedboxes and there are plans to also add an item search, though not yet implemented publicly.
By entering a tag and clicking search, a display with web feeds and brief feed descriptions, along with the feed url appears. After clicking a web feed, a 'preview' box appears that displays the feed, from which it is possible to add the feed to a number of other feed readers.
