We are looking for Chief Operations Officer (COO) or VP of Operations to lead our technical staff, including SEO, Content Writers, Link Building and Social Media departments. The candidate will be the right hand man to the CEO/President of the company and 2nd in charge.
Job Duties:
- Assign all projects and manage work flow
- Quality Assurance
- 2nd Level Customer Service, including solving customer service issues and demonstrating passion for delivering a positive customer experience
- Train, lead and develop all technical teams as well as technical training to sales staff
- Assists sales team in technical questions and join on calls to close deals
- Stay on top of industry trends and attend industry trade shows
- Hold weekly staff meetings and report summary to CEO
- Regular reporting to CEO
- HR management of technical staff
- Coming up with ideas and suggestions for future growth and increasing revenue
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years experience in SEO, Pay-per-click, Social Media, link building, content writing, opt-in email advertising and/or other Internet marketing areas
- 2 or more years experience in management
- 2 or more years experience in customer service or sales or direct client management
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with Web development technologies, terminologies and software a must, including HTML, XTHML, CSS, PHP, Cold Fusion, ASP, FTP, Ajax, CGI, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Shopping Carts, etc.

services. Positions are currently available for Internet
savvy individuals who are ready to learn and keep

Full time content writer for developing unique content
for client websites, company web properties and newsletter,
including technical writing. The copy writer will
also edit and revise existing content based on client’s
